A parcel was couriered after paying EXTRA CHARGES from Punjab after confirming with Mumbai office that it would be delivered by 18th.
Parcel has reached Mumbai on 18/5/19 but still not delivered to me. On enquiring with the given customer care contact (KAPIL) rudely told i[censored] need urgently then come and collect parcel urself otherwise we will deliver whenever we have time.. which is already 2 days late than expected date and still he has AUDACITY to behave as if he is doing any favour.
Is this the way to deal with customer? You are making money by UNETHICAL ways. charging extra for air parcel and then delivering at regular parcel time. This is second time bad experience with trackon and same issues. ur delivery offices are pathetic... henceforth I am never going to use ur service and will raise this issue in consumer court.

This is really disappointing that the package is not even dispatched from the trackon shop and kept for twodays until it is not reminded. This is the often case of mr. Om prakash, shop owner ([protected]) where every time one need to remind him for the dispatch of products. The status of consignment number [protected] is still unavailable.
Shop owner has stopped picking my number. Also, i tried calling to the customer care, which is always busy. I called the head office where i came to know that this consignment number is not dispatched.

Please prioritize the application to resolve such irresponsible behaviour in future.

This complain is regarding deepak pandey works in trackon in lucknow krishna nagar office. On 7 may 2019 i booked a parcel from lko to spn. He pick up the parcel but rates given by him was too high so i asked him to return my parcel back and was also ready to give him his fuel expenses he asked. But till today 14 may 2019 he has no delivered my parcel and was making excuses. This is the worst experience i ever faced with any courier service.. Its a request to delivered back my parcel in lko at earliest and take action regarding this unprofessional man.

Despite of continuous follow up since last Monday.
We are very disappoint to write this MSG, we book a courier with trackon prime on dated 9/05/19, yesterday it shows deliver as per below detail.

Yesterday Mr. Sundravadivel [protected] from Tirchy told it is no service area you have to collect it from office.

Today when a person went to collect it, he say it was deliver to other area,
Receiver (mr. Satramurti [protected]) Glad Corporation not receive the courier yet

but it not delivered yet.

This is with regards to consignment no : 10411268 booked at keshav puram, delhi 110035 dealer. On saturday, 11 may 2019, i repeatedly asked them to deliver the same in 24hrs and they promised same will be delivered on next day i[censored]sed trackon's prime services. I paid rs 280 for same.

The very next day i called them on their phone and they told me then sunday is a holiday and they cannot do anything now. On further inquiry and confrontation, they got aggressive and started blaming me for the issue saying that i did not tell then that next day is sunday.

That's very bad practice used by your company's unruly staff. Looking forward to hear from you with a hope that appropriate action would ebe taken against them

As when am writing this review my product is still not delivered in last 11 days.They say they lost my address, a courier company lost my address its like bank saying they lost key to the main gate thus bank will be closed today. I am not in any remote location, infact in radius of 2 KM within the airport hub where parcel do rest. There tracking is only available only during office hour similar to govt office and most of the time people are like we can't do anything its unevitable. The tracking on website writes generic lines with no regular update. There local contact centres are having all their number switch off. Courier from delhi to kolkata take MAX 3 days, its already 12th day and am told by some unreliable source that if my old life karma's are good I MIGHT PROBABILY am VERY LIKELY to get the product MAY be delivered in next 4 days. In this difference I can post the same product twice but they dont have any reliable system so that I can even cancel and have the people repost the order. Even a cycle could have delivered faster than this, am 100% sure they are using Bullock carts.

My name is gargee halder. By tracking id for courier is [protected]. My mother had send an important document through trackon courier. The product was send on 30th april, to hyderabad, on 3rd it's showing out for delivery, several calls i have made till date but no one is picking up the phone in hyderabad miyapur. On 11th may i lodged a complaint, but they are writing it's delivered on 8th may, which is a lie. Kindly help. It's a very important document for me. Such an irresponsible service i have never come across. My mother has to run from here to there for these people.

Worst courier service ever, it has been 14 days but my courier has not been delivered, as i hv sent my niece 1st birthday dress and her 1st birthday got messed only because of trackon courier. This courier don’t care about anyone’s feelings. However i have complaint for the same, they are saying the same thing on daily basis. I have not receive my document send by nsdl through your courier company on 29 april 2019. I have talk to costumer care executive several times and send a complaint in your consumer forum regarding the delay in receiving the parcel but still i get no solution in respect of this matter.

So, i request you to please send the parcel as soon as possible.

My relative from ajmer booked a parcel of sweets and other food items on vide consignment no.[protected], for navi - mumbai, on 1st may and i collected it on 4th from sanpada. Navi mumbai. To my surprise home made dry fruits sweet box and biscuits packet was missing. I have lodged a complain via email to andheri office and my relative at ajmer has lodged complain in writing.

Books i ordered from book ganga received at my place on 2nd of may 2019 and yet as of today may of 9th 2019 they haven't been delivered. There are no phone numbers to contact to.
I made over 30+ calls in this days still not a convincing response from courier services. It is quite frustrating.
It's time for book ganga to change their courier services otherwise they are going to loose their loyal customers with such kind of service.
I am very disappointed with such type of service.

Above said docket is not yet delivered as confirmed from courier hub they told that above docket is delivered to frenchisee he will deliver the same you soon.
After that we will regular tried on contact no. [protected] of branch and [protected] frenchisee but they could not replied and failed to provide the proper details and behave very ruide

Hi my AWB [protected] has been returned back to your booking branch which was charged for 200₹. I have sent on 23 April 2019. While booking, courier official said that they will deliver it safely by 2-3 days max. And when I asked about the packaging. They told me its good. My induction cooker was packed in original packaging and it recieved totally damaged on 7 May. Earllier they also inspected that its a good packaging and nothing is wrong. But while delivery they mishandled is so badly that it got damaged.When I asked for claim. They denied totally. And told me that nothing can be done for damaged shipment.

Hi i have courier a packet from track on courier zirakpur to noida on 1 of may, with the doct no. Of [protected], but my courier has not delivered till now 6 may. Have raised the issue with coustmor care but they said they don't have any details tht why is courier not delivered and they will enyuire and inform me, but they haven't given me any details even after two days, and there is no tracking details on there website. Docket no.[protected] pan copy sent from income tax department, cpc bengluru lying with you since 19th april. Till now no delivery has been made or an effort made to contact on the mobile no. Totally irresponsible and dissatisfying answer from the branch. Its poor and shame. Such an important document but no seriousness on your part. Income tax department should be made aware of this negligence so that such important assignments do not get outsourced so such irresponsible organisations.

Your companies delivery boy will come just once to deliver a courier? If someone is busy he’ll will not come again? We are doctors and she was operating a patient should she leave her operation in between to receive a courier?

The delivery boy ramavtar‭ +[protected]‬ in rohtak center doesn’t know how to talk with consumers! He uses tu tadak language and says do whatever you can! Is this a good courier service? This was our last order from your company! Mind it and we will make sure none of our friend uses your compny!

Hello sir, i have dispatched a courier to hyderabad-500055 on 24th april 2019 but the product is not yet received by the receiver... There is also no update when i tried to track it... I have tried calling the customer care no. And there is no response from there.. It is a very important courier and i need it to be delivered by 1st may or. Problems may arise for me..

Hello, we purchased products from allen solly store. Since it required restocking for measurements the products were shipped the next day via track on courier from ghatkopar to mulund. It has been 4 days and we still haven’t seen this shipment. I have tried numerous times to call but the customer service department is extremely frustrating. Today is saturday and the service is closed sunday and monday as well. Which means the product takes a week to cross 10 kms. We have a flight to catch on tuesday night and if this shipment doesn’t reach us we are to lose rs. 4000 worth shipment which i won’t see for another 2 years.

I am sincerely submitting this complaint on behalf of any domestic citizen that doesn’t get the service that this merchant should be providing.
