Trackon Couriers — charged for air but send parcel by road

I'm from aurangabad maharashtra. I booked my parcel on 9/10/17. They charged me 700rs for air but have sent through fedex road service. They are not responding to my continuous follow ups over phone. Every time they have a new excuse. I have their receipt as proof. Hoping that consumer complaint service will be serious and look into the matter fast. My parcel has not reached yet. I will not bare the loss of delayed delivery. Trackon either delivers my parcel or refunds me the money. Im going to take it to press also.

Updated by Sonjuhi dhoot This is regarding my complaint lodged earlier regarding incorrect mode of tŕansport used.The complaint refers to the consignment booked at padampura, station road aurangabad. No one has taken notice of my complaint seriously. I am harassed and would be forced to take the matter to the consumer court for consequent loss.
