Trackon Couriers — consignment missing after 3 months of follow up | |||
I had sent my courier ([protected]) on 22 dec 2018 from faridabad to gurgaon and checked in couple of days online that it was returned to faridabad hub office on 26 dec 2018. I called the faridabad hub office and the faridabad local office and also the delhi office to track my package. However they all kept telling me to call later and that they are co-ordinating among themselves to find the package. Now on 16 mar 2019 they tell me that the consignment is not found online and that they cannot do anything about it. This is completely fraud as they kept fooling me for nearly 3 months and now they reply with such an answer. How can a package miss all of a sudden. This is the worst experience ever. Trackon fails to keep the minimum expectation in the postal delivery service. I want my package and a compensation for this fraud and mishandled service asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
