Trackon Couriers — Courier not delivered //Misplaced // 67 days

Consignment no: [protected] .Missing parcel since 27 Oct 2020 . . I have mailed, and called to all possible phone numbers and email addresses of trackon i could find on their site and google. i havent received any reply yet. Kindly help me get my claims. Total amount of contents is 6500 Rs and courier charges is 140rs. Receipts and claim letter already shared with trackon and with previous complaints on this consumer site.I AM AGAIN PUTTING UP THIS ISSUE AS THE COMPANY HAS NOT GIVEN MY CLAIM YET . MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW SINCE MISSING PARCEL. This is the 3rd time I am highlighting this issue on this platform, Hope trackon solves it at the earliest now .Thank you.
