[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — courier not received - chennai numbers not picking up | |||||
I have not received my courier as expecting it to arrive two days before. We have important documents that required to be submitted for my daughter's school admission. It has reached from my home town to Chennai in less than 48 hrs but within Chennai delivery status is not updated for last 2 days. It shows it was out for delivery 2 days back but has not reached us There are 5 phone numbers available on the site but none are reachable. Bell keeps ringing but nobody picks ups. As advertised on the site to contact them through email, there is no email id also provided. However basis the past complaints here on this site, I don't see much measures taken by the company to improve the quality of service Need them to be more proactive and deliver customer belongings on time. Hoping the team will take an action and understand customer plight and will not let down the trust customer has showcased in availing their services. Awaiting quick response. Jul 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved It was a never ending wait. Delhi team helped to reach out to Chennai team and I got number of Perungudi office. Person there further gave another no. When we finally managed to delivery guy, he said, door was locked and he left. Since the document was important, we asked him his location to go get it ourselves, then he said it was day before and he left the document at head office. So another day wasted, but different stories from the delivery boy. Next day also he didn't pick up and we again followed through Perungudi office who kept disconnecting our call and then told us to come and collect from head office.
After many follow ups, finally the person agreed to deliver by the evening. The whole episode has been very traumatizing and I hope after so many complaints, the courier company takes appropriate measures to not let their service down. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
