Trackon Couriers — document not received at final destination

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i sent a document (Hospital claim document) from vapi (Gujarat) to bangalore via track on courier on 01.06.2020 with the tracking reference number [protected]. But it has been over a week the document has not received by the receiver and when i am trying to contact customer care or any trackon contact number it is not responding at all.
Even some of them are picking the calls but replying that we cant help in this matter even i tried to contact the person who took the charges, but he is also not responding well.
Also i launched a complaint on trackon web still there is no response complaint number: c1355573.
When we try to track the consignment it shows that the consignment is arrived at mumbai hub, and the status is showing since last 5 days.
When i tried to contact mumbai hub: they are not responding my calls and got some personal number but still they are responding like a busy person and not confirming the status.
