I have order Cricket bat from kwe sports last month on 25th May in Srinagar, India
They have couriered the order to my address on 25th May evening through Trackon courier service.
On 31st May it reached Chennai, TamilNadu. I have watched the status through trackon website.
1st June the status changed to out of delivery. Immediately on the same day it closed due to address not found. I don't know how it is happened.
3rd June I raised a complaint through customer care and updated my address details. It has to resolve within 72 hours as per it mentioned in the site.
I have been following them for around 8 days.
Still my product not reached to me. I'm worried about whether my product lost or it has been damaged.
I'm reaching the customer care regularly they are saying same response like it "we will deliver today. Please wait".
I have never struggled this far in any of the delivery in my whole life. Was this information helpful? |
