Parcel showing as deliver but didn't receive it

Hi, I want to write a complaint against trackon courier, the status is the system shows as delivered but I didn't receive the parcel.trued calling mutiple time to the courtier service guy but no response, some of the numbers are switched off, I have a very important and experience item in the parcel but I have no idea where it's lying. Please help me find it.

    AWB ID not valid or not correct info received

    Sender of my parcel..ekatvam academy handed over books to trackon but I did not receive any message in this regard
    I got a ID from ekatvam to track.That is [protected].
    When I go on trackon.in this ID is invalid
    It has been 15 days since I placed the order but there's no update about it...

      My courier tracking number is [protected].they send me a courier on 17 January 2024.I am a receiver, my company send a debit card to me.But the courier company told courier was already returned or delivered to the headquarters company.But while i am tracking, it seems it delivered to someone wrongly and i raise a complaint through trackon mail.my complaint id in trackon is T3457455..kindly help me to get my courier..

        The delivery person and courier person on shop are very rude and unprofessional.

        The delivery executives are so rude and unprofessional. All the updated comments is made false. They will call you to order that take it from office and will hang up saying it's your problem not ours.. take it by yourself.. Never going to use the service hereafter. Parcel is delivered only after escalating the complaint.

        Thank you so much for delivering damaged product.

            Cheating by knowingly giving false complaints

            Due this i face loss of rs15000 as well as reputation from my customer

            TRACKON = Worst company in Indian courier industry. The mobile numbers of bombay branch are not rechable at all. After calling for around 100 times one number of delivery boy was given it is also closed. It takes 5 days to send parcel from mumbai to kalyan. Shameful act is that the staff present says that you lodge complaint, do anything nobody will listen. This is true and my perfect experience. Very very bad company. Should close their srvices Company will close and their employees will also be jobless

              Around 11:30 am today (11/11/2023) a person on customer support of this company mobile number [protected], literally abuses me while asking the consignment which has to deliver on 09/11/2023.
              It's first incident in my life when I saw or heard this type of things by a person on customer support.
              Do the needful as soon as possible to avoid further consequences.

                    The delivery was booked on 14/10/2023 to be delivered from Delhi to Jaipur on 17/10/2023. However, they have not delivered it till 19/10/2023 and now are asking me to collect it from their office in Jaipur.

                        I had couriered the important documents through Trackon (Consignment No: [protected]) on 7-Oct. Firstly it is not delivered mentioning area is not serviceable. Why they accept the shipment and charge if area they don't deliver.
                        Worst part is return part. They kept the return with them not returned back to me. I have to go to there office and collect it. On asking they should have returned to return address mention, they told no. They don't return it. They started miss behaving with me. Strict action should be against this type of fraud companies.
