On 7th of july'2024 we called Raj enterprises for courier delivery and on same date he came to our resident to pickup the parcels and they needed to be picked as well, at the time of picking up the parcel we have strictly inform the person please handle the parcel as have some frugal material and he assured us that there won't be any damage to our parcel and on 09th july 2024 we the parcels arrived at our delivery address we found out that...

      I have order Cricket bat from kwe sports last month on 25th May in Srinagar, India

      They have couriered the order to my address on 25th May evening through Trackon courier service.

      On 31st May it reached Chennai, TamilNadu. I have watched the status through trackon website.

          Parcel showing as deliver but didn't receive it

                The delivery person and courier person on shop are very rude and unprofessional.

                The delivery executives are so rude and unprofessional. All the updated comments is made false. They will call you to order that take it from office and will hang up saying it's your problem not ours.. take it by yourself.. Never going to use the service hereafter. Parcel is delivered only after escalating the complaint.

                Thank you so much for delivering damaged product.

                    TRACKON = Worst company in Indian courier industry. The mobile numbers of bombay branch are not rechable at all. After calling for around 100 times one number of delivery boy was given it is also closed. It takes 5 days to send parcel from mumbai to kalyan. Shameful act is that the staff present says that you lodge complaint, do anything nobody will listen. This is true and my perfect experience. Very very bad company. Should close their srvices Company will close and their employees will also be jobless

                      Around 11:30 am today (11/11/2023) a person on customer support of this company mobile number [protected], literally abuses me while asking the consignment which has to deliver on 09/11/2023.
                      It's first incident in my life when I saw or heard this type of things by a person on customer support.
                      Do the needful as soon as possible to avoid further consequences.
