[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — I have not received pan cards- 2 nos since 10 days

I received sms message from NSDL that Pan cards for myself and my wife were despatched by TrackOn couriers vide AWB no’s[protected] and[protected]. I have not received the products till 3rd June 2021. I tried to track and got message that they they are “ Out for Delivery “ on 25 May 2021. But, till date they are not received. When I tried to lodge a complaint on TrackOn website, it says “ We are unable to take complaints due to Covid outbreak”. I am feeling helpless and harassed due to this problem.
