Neither delivery nor response D/sir, I booked a consignment on 17.01.19 from perinthalmanna to cochin awb no. [protected]. But still not delivered. Status of this dockit shows that its delivered to customer. But customer has not received consignments. Someone has signed by mistakely in the delivery signe page. Now status Neither delivered nor no response. I had contacted multiple times to your cochin office at [protected]. They always given me a false information about particular consignment. It is regret to write that all the numbers displayed on the website are not working or wrong or not updated. No complaint link is provided. No email id is provided. Booking agent assured to deliver it on 24th positively. Yesterday agent informed in evening at 4.30 pm that it will be delivered in 1 hour but still not delivered and nobody is responding. [protected] this is the tracking number. The courier was never delivered. The courier guy told us that his vehicle was caught by police and so he is busy. We when we called him he spoke very rude and he said he will not deliver the courier.

Sir, I sent two couriers on 18.01.2019, one for kota(Raj.) and other for katni (m.p.) having no [protected] and [protected] respectively.In status, it is showing "delivered"while it is still undelivered.so please acknowledge the message and make me aware with the fact.
