As per track on courier date my pan card delivered to trackon courier on 7th dec 2019 in malleshwaram bangalore.
I got expected date of delivery of 15 dec but today date is 29 dec i didnt receive my pan card still.
Its been more than 15 days late than expected delivery date. They didnt even pick call when i tried contacting them
Please kindly take the complaint and deliver soon

I booked a parcel on 23.12.19 for its delivery in mangalore to nivita kaushal, vide consingment number[protected]Prime track) with the north east exp. (Rohini -7)-delhi.
The parcel is not delivered till date. It contain perishable items and timely delivery is very important in this. It is reuested that it shoulld be delivered today only else i shall incur significant financial loss besides the harassment.

In case you fail to comply with this please return the parcel and fee paid by me..

We sent the courier with documents to neyveli (Tamilnadu), pin code - 607802 vide courier no. [protected] dated 17/12/2019, still not deliver, till today.

We are continuous touch with your team but not response properly.

We are upset on your team because not response properly.

My awb no:[protected]. My shipment has been returned due to no such person. I didn't receive any call from the delivery executive. I contacted the customer care team and they said my phone number might have been unreachable but i was the phone home all these days for pan card, my phone was available. I don't understand the problem with trackon. Please take an action and get my shipment delivered and call to my number for any problem. I seriously want my pan card. It's been 10-15 days. Please redeliver my shipment and call me!!

One box was booked to be delivered at vadodara, gujarat from erode, t. N. On 10/12/19 and could not be delivered by your vadodara branch till 16/12/19. Consignment number was[protected]. Cost was rs 520/-. Mode of delivery through air. However while tracking the consignment it was found that same had come to ahmedabad on 12/12/19 and received on 14/12/19 by vadodara branch. Vadodara, alkapuri branch did not even bother to inform to customer (Me) on his (My) given mobile number till 16/12/19. After only physically reaching they had got the box from inside store. They same time refuse that we would not deliver to given address. If that is so than why it was accepted by your erode branch. Same has been written by them in the receiving copy. Item worth rs 15000/- has been damaged while not delivering by your company. If desired compensation is not given to me in time. Matter would be taken up at appropriate higher level. I Anakha Thomas, informing you regarding the subject AWBL is a package sent from Ernakulam (Kerala) to (Jaipur) Rajastan using Trackon express service, which was promised to reach the destination in 2 days and its already been 4 days and still not delivered.
I have been using Trackon service for a long time. As this package was an urgent shipment, I sent this as express service. I haven't seen such poor service from these people and also no one is picking the call at the destination (Jaipur) Trackon couriers to know the status of the same. Also Ernakulam Trackon is trying to reach them, still no news.

Request you to solve the issue at the earliest as this package has to be reach atleast by end of the day.

Dear sir,

I bought books from paramount delhi on 10dec 2019 and they had given my books to trackon courier services on 11 dec 2019 by paying rs 500/- from delhi to guntur with tracking number[protected]. Today is 21 dec 2019, till now the courier had not yet delivered, i raised a complaint by calling to trackon customer care still no use. What i have to do, my exam is getting very near.. Even if they delivered after exam there is no use

Iam t venugopal singh my courier tracker no:[protected]. As per track on courier tracker details it was delivered on 7/12/2019 but it was yet delivered to me. When i enquired they told thay some one signed and took. When i called to vijay courier boy [protected] he given other no by saying that i given our courier to other person for delivery, [protected] raju. He told that i only signed and kept with me i will deliver today but till now no response from any one. Please look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

Track on is not willing to deliver the pancard to my home, they are asking me to collect the same from their office. I asked them to deliver the pancard to my home, but they are denying it and gave a strange reply like the have to deliver atleast 150 pancrds daily, so they can not deliver individually. I hope the govt is paying them for home delivery and still refused to deliver.

I m gautam mani, my consignment no is [protected]. My courier has came from patana to darbhanga at 14/12/19.
But but courier staff didn't inform me till naw. When i reached at office now. Courier staff are using abuses after request... He is giving trying to fight with me. I am standing in office trackon courier office, allalpati, laheriasarai, darbhanga bihar

I should get a package of a product ordered from a seller from rajasthan... The product reached vijayawada within 3 days but it had been 3 days still i could not get my package delivered. The tracking is not being updated. The package reached my town but the courier people are careless and not responding to my calls and the sender enquired about the deliver but he got the same response which is careless and they are asking us to pick up at their office. This is very bad on their part and if they don't want to deliver that personally they should stop this business.

I applied pan card. I got one message your pan card will deliver to you via trackon courier but still i didn't get my pan card.
Trackon couriers — my pan card didn't deliver since 20th nov19

Physically checked in mira road navghar hub. There is no entry of receipt of consignment since 20th nov to 14th dec.
No support from regional office at andheri.
People just take the complaint and no action taken.

On 9th december 2019, docket no.[protected] booked from faridabad branch 121001 pincode, small packet of medicine - manoj dhingra ([protected]) from that branch committed that delivery of medicines to hyderabad - 500055 will going to be done on 11th december 2019. Miss commitment done.
Since 11th i am taking follow up with them & local no. Given [protected] & [protected] but no one is picking up the call. I had tried all the land line nos. & cell nos. Mentioned on website of trackon for hyderabad region but no one had received the call. Even on website it was mentioned that 11th december product arrived at sanathnagar hub hyderabad at 15.16 pm, after that no updation till date.
On 12th i again called up at faridabad branch for status, he mentioned that thursday - hyderabad guys don't do courier for the given area. They don't want to understand the priority of medicines.
He mentioned that hyderabad guy will courier on 13th december 2019 - but no one had came till now, i again called up on 13th at faridabad branch for status, they had taken the local hyderabad guy on call - that guy mentioned that his courier person is new & he don't get the location 2 times so he came back and he called up on given no. Once which was not connected & put the status on hold - not even they tried twice & they don't even this about urgency - and i had not received any call from any no. Locally yesterday.
When i objected then that hyderabad guy reverted rudely and mentioned that if it is so urgent then come personally & collect from hyderabad branch otherwise wait till 14th december, they will check in morning..
What is the use of paying for the service? Very bad service from you guys...
Sanath nagar hub hyderabad distance to my house is only 20 mins. That guys don't want to use gprs or google map. I had mentioned 3 known landmarks near to my house on courier packet and also on call with them but no use.
They are local people & they don't know the area of hyderabad which is very strange thing.
Presently it is on hold. I just want to ask, what type of service trackon is providing to customer.
Pathetic work done by you guys. Un polite, un professional, miss commitments. At least have educated people in trackon.
It is a big mistake from my end that i opted for trackon courier for my medicines delivery.
Mistake won't be repeat from my end in near future, this is the first & last time. I will pay more for other courier services now on wards.
5 days are big thing now i have to wait for 6th day... That was open medicine and i think so it will not help me anymore because of your fabulous service.
Except waiting - just tell me what should i do..

We had booked a courier docket no.[protected] on 04/12/2019 in track on dot courier at delhi to piduguralla on the named: n. A. M. Expressway ltd. But till now parcel was not received. I tried to contact track on courier piduguralla office and vijayawada office, they didn't responded properly.in this regard i lose my time and my valuable work.

Please delivered my parcel IAM also contact Raipur office he tell me contact Bhilai office then IAM contact he tell me come and received your parcel then I tell him why you updated parcel is delivered he tell IAM follow our rule

I have booked documents in trackon courier on 4th dec 2019 from delhi shakarpur 110092, but my consignments are not received on delivered address. I am trying to connect with customer care but they are not giving me any information about my courier, they simply say "we registered your complaint, team will contact you soon". But i didn't get any cal or information from customer care team. Today is 12dec 2019. Still not able to track on tacking services. Please help..

I had raised a request for new pan on in the last month. Though the pan got generated very soon and i received the e-pan in the last month only but i have not yet received the physical pan card.
Trackon couriers' consignment no:[protected] still not received in my home address even though trackon website says that it has reached the nearest hub on 2nd dec 2019 itself.
I need it to be delivered by 12th or 13th december 2019 at least as i need it for financial purposes.
It is an extremely urgent requirement.
I tried calling to the numbers provided in their website for patna location:

Dear Team,
I booked a one consignment to Noida, sector 90 from Lucknow on 14/11/2019, POD is [protected], but packet is not delevered till date and return to lucknow trackon courier hub without delvered, When we contact Trackon Courier office of Sector 91, Noida, Mr.Rohit said that packet is not delivered & return to lucknow on 7/12/2019.

Its been almost more than 2 months but courier not received. Most urgent important documents. Also submitted a compliant wide no. T1100622, but they are also having no information about delivery information
