Hi sir This is regarding about the parcel which have not been deliverd to the customer place... it was dispatched more than a week... and i caled helpline they gave Mr.Ramesh number who s incharge... Now what he says He wont go to spot... we have to go and collect in trackon office... my customer is helpless do need.. All other courier going doorstep Why urs not... Despatched vide Trackon airway bill no. [protected] my PAN card acknowledgement no. [protected] hasn't been delivered yet. I need my PAN CARD.
