Trackon Couriers — not received parcel since week | |||
Since 1week i have not received my parcel. Customer care is not responding & giving worst service. They don't respond & cut the call and just avoid listening to customer. Worst service from trackon couriers will never ever suggest anyone this courier. Trackon courier service is worst and customer care service is of no use because they don't have time to listen customer problem. Going to complain in consumer service for this. Trackon Couriers PVT LTD didnt deliver my pan card package no[protected]. When I ter to track the package, it shows "address not found" while the address is correct and all my family members receive their communication on the same address. Nobody even tried to call my number before returning the package.

Wrost service.15days my courier has been sent.last update is 17 Jun 2019 today 26 Jun 2019 till now not received any response.i have complained twice.Not attending call
