[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — Not receiving the PAN CARD Even after it is dispatched more than 20 days

Inspite of despatch of Pan card on 19/03/2021 by Mumbai income tax office, track on courier service hasn't delivered the pan card inspite of contacting the customer service many times and clearly specifying the address they have promised to deliver within two days but failed to deliver the pan card and now the status is showing it has been sent back to Mumbai office stating address not found, this courier company just fooling the customers and also I suspect they misusing the couriers for some grant.
