1. First helpline doesn't work; out of 10 attempts 01 call gets connected. 2. My pan card lying with courier hub at delhi from last one week not yet delivered. Notwithstanding numerous complaints no joy. My awb no.[protected]. Complaint no. T382694 I am surprised how income tax dept has selected track courier for delivering important document.
