Trackon Couriers — pan card not received | |||
1) i had applied for pan card, which was supposed to be delivered on 9 march by trackon courier service, which is not Delivered to my address. 2) they sent this message - "trackon[protected] is delivered on 16/03/2019, in case of non-receipt please call back on [protected]". 3) as i have not received my pan card yet, so i called the above number, but it's switched off. 4) no one from trackon ever contacted me to deliver the pan card, which is very irresponsible. 5) my pan card status on official website is - "your pan card is despatched and will arrive till 9th march". While trackon's message says that it was delivered on 16th march. 6) please solve this issue as i want my pan card as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am expecting a parcel with tracking number 10417692 sent from Gurgaon with Track on Prime courier services on 09/03/2019.The destination is Bongaigaon.However the shipment reached Guwahati on 11/03/2019 and since then there is no update on the site.
