My parcel which contain some important documents which my client need on on priority basis so client request for that on his registered mail after that my my company choice broking book courier through Trackon Couriers. From 23 may 2022 its show out for delivery in his website but not delivered yet. I rasied a complain in his Ranchi branch regrading this but no any help i got after that i raise a compliant in company website(complaint no-C2204622) company team ensure me today(25 may) it will deliver and i got message that your AWB no.[protected] is out for delivery. In the evening 17.41 pm i get a message that your parcel has been delivered with signature. After that i call to Ranchi branch and tell them I Donot get my parcel then how i received this delivery message then they guys have no answer.
its clearly indicate they make fraud and make false sign of customer and keep their parcel for own consumption. After making false sign they update on company website that parcel has been delivered with sign.
i want strict action against this branch because this branch make fraud and didnot provide service on time their staff are nor=t well trained.They didnot provide parcel on time so client packup their bussiness with me so trackon will bear this loss.
