Trackon Couriers — Product not delivered but showing delivered with signature.

Hello sir/madam.
The product that I booked haven't got delivered, but by looking at the online status it is showing that it got delivered with signature.

I some how managed to trace the contact number of the track on service and called them, they said that one guy came for delivery but he wasn't able to trace the address, so the product is in ANF(Address not found) status.

As they are agreeing that ANF then why the online status is showing delivered with signature.

They are saying continuously from 4-5 days that the product will get delivered today but it is not yet Been delivered yet.
