Trackon Couriers — product still not parcelled

I have send a parcel from track on courier on 4th september from moga (Punjab) to nagpur(Maharashtra). It is 12 september but till now i haven't receive my parcel. On inquiring from the Sender, I was told that the destination area is far away so there is courier service only once in a week.

it seems to be totally rubbish and unprofessionl behaviour. I have read comments about this courier service also, All of them were complaining about the service but i thought to give i a one chance.

now i have reached to a decision. This courier service is toally ###. I want my parcel within one day otherwise i am going o take strict action against you

Even when I called the trackon service in nagpur they simply said u can go on and file complaint.

i must say very poor service. even indian post is far better than your company
