Dear sir,
I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivani kumari which was dispatched our address mentioned in the parcel 5th august 2019. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told me that kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your re-dispatch my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shivani kumari on the 28th July 2019 and My parcel was reached at Courier Hub station janakpuri, New Delhi.
The Courier Agent was attempted on 5th August 2019 and he said that no such person found at stipulated address. So that I couldn’t receive the pan card and Same day, Trackon Courier Pvt Ltd had been proceeded to return the my parcel.

Therefore, i requesting your re-dispatch my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.
