Trackon Couriers — sent through road instead of air resulting in breakage of my product | |||||
I had sent a parcel from 101, Suncity Residency, sector 3, kharghar, Navi Mumbai (410210) to Neha Aggarwal, A-1/31, janakpuri, opposite metro pillar number 625, new delhi (110058) on September 14th, 2017 by trackon courier services having consignment number [protected]. I had paid Rs. 120 ( airway amount) and told him to send it through airway only as my product was too expensive (of INR 3000) and of resin material but these people had sent the product by road resulting in the breakage of my product. Now, I have called up these guys- Kiran Wagh ([protected]) and Atul Wagh ([protected]) numerous times for refund but they are not responding to my calls and whatsapp messages. Please give me solution on this incident. I am attaching the screenshots of my payment to the courier guy through paytm on september 14, 2017 and damaged product pictures.
