[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — Shipment not received R.T.O due to no service

[protected] this is the AWB number for my pan card . The Trackon Madurai branch didn't even inform me about the return they made. As per their website they gave two numbers for contacting. On that one number is wrong and the other one is busy 24 hours. This inconvenience is not caused by me. My pincode is 626203 and in their website my pincode is under hyperlink. for any reference please see the image uploaded by me.

I SOLVED THIS ISSUE BY CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT TRACKON SHOULD VERIFY EACH AND EVERY MOBILE NUMBER THEY MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE. BECAUSE MOST OF THE BRANCH NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE.
