Trackon Couriers — So much delay in delivery

I have booked a parcel on 08 july 2024 from jaipur to Pimpri chinchwad pune, On 10th july parcel arrived at the hub from where local delivery take place.From 10 th july they are just moving the parcel from one hub to another to each other saying this is not my delivery location to each other branch.I have talked to both branches, but they just pass away the matter to other branch and asked us to call each other.I am finally fed up calling them for my parcel, The parcel was in name of Divine Art Gallery, Lokesh Sharma [protected].Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.
