[Resolved] Trackon Couriers — undelivered shipment | |||
My awb no:[protected]. My shipment has been returned due to no such person. I didn't receive any call from the delivery executive. I contacted the customer care team and they said my phone number might have been unreachable but i was the phone home all these days for pan card, my phone was available. I don't understand the problem with trackon. Please take an action and get my shipment delivered and call to my number for any problem. I seriously want my pan card. It's been 10-15 days. Please redeliver my shipment and call me!! Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got an email from NSDL and they promised to re dispatch my shipment. Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
