I had made a free listing with trade india 3 months back and i got a enquiry for exports whoses basic requirement was that i should be a member of trade india to deal with them. So i took a basic package of 35k with them. But then they told that they require a trust stamp holder of trade india since they want trade india to take whole sole responsibility of supplier. Since i didn't want to lose this deal i paid more 90k and took the trust stamp services of trade india. Trade india told that there will be a third party verification done from crisil. There was no verification done and after 15 days they provided me with a trust stamp. But after that the client started ignoring my calls. Till then my services were still inactive with trade india. Then i read a review about trade india about the same client who had contacted another supplier similarly and after the vendor bought the trust stamp services the client got absconding. So i came to know that these were cheap policies applied by trade india to sell their services. I immediately asked for cancellation and refund since my website was not ready and my services were inactive and i made a complaint. After my that immediately they activated my services without taking my consent on the website designing and neither taking any product details from me. Neither after that anyone is bothered to speak to me for my issue of refund. Very cheap company with cheap policies. Please help for my cancellation and refund and i've not any of their services since 2.5 months.
