We "Welcome Enterprise" were approached by tradeindia employee named "Ujjwal Tyagi" and then he had arrange a meet via zoom to his senior "Ravi Singh". We agreed for 1 year service of Trade India including a website for Rs. 33, 333.00/1 Year. For web site making we have to give the content. We had given advance payment of Rs. 20, 000/- via online transfer on 22/09/2023. They had form a whatsapp group and assure us to solve any issues within 24-48 hours.
We had sent all the details and images required by them to design the website on 04-10-23.
Once they received advance they had design the website as per their liking and send us the link to check on 13-10-23. We had suggested some changes and send them all required information for making changes. After that they are kept calling for Balance Payment. We told them that as per mutual agree we will only make payment once our website get ready. Initially they told that it will be done in 1-2 days and they keep sending the website link for approval with no changes or 1-2 changes and demanding balance payment but they haven't done changes as per what we said. They had last sent website link for approval on 16-11-23 which was same as previous one with no changes been made as we suggested.
Our last communication with the Tradeindia team was on 21/11/2023. Now more than 2 months they are not calling or giving response to us for the balance work and service they have to give us.
As they are failed on their part we would not like to do any deal with them. We are requesting you for the refund of Rs. 20000/- which we had given as advance.
