Later he called up and said he is offering the above package at rs. 46, 600/- for 3 years for which we agreed and deposited rs. 20, 000/- as advance and gave our acceptance to the email.in the email he removed 2 lines and from bundle package changed the words to online catalog which we got to know later. We asked them to cancel the package but ms. Firdaus intervened and she sent us mail with three years domain registration and pdf of bundle package offered to us in the attachment. But she requested for balance payment transfer for which we said will be done after uodation of our website.

As we had rough experience we were firm to deposit the balance payment after updation of our site.in the mean course team leader mr. Ranjeet took over the matter and updated the web site and hosted it for 3 years. Before transferring of the balance payment we asked him acceptance of services for which he denied and has asked us to cancel the contract and we will return back rs. 9452/- from rs. 20, 000/-.

We are asking him to share the audio files for which he is denying the same. Now he is informing that if you wish to continue with our terms pay the balance or else we will de host your website and will forefit your rs. 11558/- rupees.

We are in a stuck position as we have been cheated by a company which has national and international fame. We don't want to cancel the agreement but mr. Ranjeet is insisting to cancel the contract and lose rs. 11, 558/- and the time spent on it. We wish to continue with the bundle agreement as promised by trade india.
