I ordered a sandisk 8 GB pen drive.After that i saw it with someone.It wasn't nice so I requested to cancel my order.A mail came saying that the seller has prepared for the dispatch and it cannot be cancelled.I told them to give the contact number of the seller to me but then my mail was ignored Was this information helpful? | |||

Tradus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 18, 2014 Tradus India Customer Care's response Dear Valued Buyer,
Our team has already replied to your e-mail and have advised that the cancellation cannot be done at this stage as seller has already initiated the dispatch. This is a COD order and we have also suggested you not to accept the shipment and in that way order will automatically be cancelled once returned to the seller.
Issue stands as resolved.
