[Resolved] Tradus — Delivered a different useless clothes | |||
Order Id 13042649_01 Order date 03/05/2014 Delivery date 08/05/2014 I ordered for a wrangler straight fit jeans from tradus. But when it was delivered at my door and I checked it was a narrow slim fit jeans. On the pant's tag a duplicate tag is also sticked for wrong. When I contacted the company Rubicon it was told to return the goods via courier at my own courier expense which is Rs.115/-. I think this is the mistake done by company and I am the sufferer.
