[Resolved]  Tradus — I had received damaged mobile phone

I had ordered a karboon a4+ on 21/2/14 . after delivery the i got the phone and in this have problem may be in charging or in battery or may be in charging slot .after that i called surya tech then he gave me the address or near by my home service center then i went to that center and they said that it have a motherboard problem.then they advice me to change the phone ...he Maked the d.o.a for my phone and i had returned that phone to softek surya (vikas sir). so, please mam/sir Plz give me my Refund money...i Had returned your damaged product..if You want to confirm the call Vikas sir in softek surya..on date 07/06/2014
