Tradus — Poor quality of service

Hi Team, I have booked a product (Pack of 2 - Henleys Blue/Green Full sleeve T-Shirts For Men) on Tradus with order ID :[protected]Sub-Order ID: 11468158_01) and I received shirts of different colour whose stitch quality is also very poor. When reached Tradus site for complaining the issue their site is asking me to upload the photograph of the product. Tried couple of days for doing the same which is not at all working. The seller number what gave also not working. Really very poor service and not bothering about customer. Please take proper action against them.
