Tradus — Product fee charged but is not delivered

I had ordered 2 products through Tradus, 1 of which had been delivered and the other is not. Tradus claims that it has been delivered but I have not yet received it. The order details for both are as follows : Product received : 13339868_01 Product not received : 13339868_02. I have already reached out to the complaint team at Tradus but they are unable to solve the issue, which leads me to request you to help me get the product i paid for.
