[Resolved] Tradus — Received Mobile set with open seal box | |||
I had purchased Mobile MTS Buzz X121 against sub-order ID 12276395_01from Tradus on 08.02.14 for Rs. 1652/-. however the product i received was with open sealbox. I informed about this to seller (on 12.02.14) as well as to Tradus (on 13.02.14) and asked them to replace my set with new one. . My complaint was registered vide complaint no. [#1451736]Defective Product. I was assured that my complaint will be addressed soon within 24/48 hrs. However despite of writing twice more through mail on 16.02.14 and 20.02.14 and registering twice my complaint through mobile, my complaint is not being addressed and i am only getting assurances from Tradus . Moreover after 17.02.14. i am not even getting any reply from Tradus. I have not used the product till now as advised by Tradus vide their mail. Please do the the needful to get my complaint addressed. Was this information helpful? | |||
