[Resolved] Tradus — Tradus - Worst shopping experience | |||
This is something a very bad customer experience and a worst shopping experience. I have been shopping in many of the other online shopping sites and this is one of worst experiences I have had. I ordered a product for my sister who has to go for a function on 24th Apr 2014. This was ordered on 15th Apr 2014.I was expecting the order to be in my home maximum in 3 days(This was promised by TRADUS.COM).The status was awaiting dispatch till 22nd Apr 2014 and then it got cancelled stating the reason as "Refund Reason -Cancelled - due to delay in shipment". I would right now have no option but to wait for my refund to get processed and then buy a new product. I would have been happy if there were no fake promises by saying that it would get delivered in maximum of 3 days. Otherwise i would have ordered in some other site which keep up to their promises. Moreover there is no proper customer support. Everything needs to be done via mail and this takes a long time to get the response back. ALL THESE FRUSTRATES A CUSTOMER. This is not just me. I have read a lot of negative comments about TRADUS.COM. My bad luck is i got to know all these after i order the product and i dont think TRADUS.COM can retain their customer in this way.
