Traffic Police Pune City — wrong issuance of e-challan

I received an echallan no pnccc[protected] from traffic branch pune. This is wrongly sent to me as the individual in the picture is not me, the vehicle does not appear to be a honda shine which i have, nor is the number plate mh 12 fx 327. I am a senior citizen 68 years old, with whitish grey hair while the individual in the picture is much younger with black hair. (Moreover, i or my family members do not ever ride a two wheeler without a helmet since the time my younger brother met with an accident and has lost his memory thereafter). Also, i was at home on aundh road on 3rd jan 2020 at the mentioned time.

A photo of my bike is also forwarded on which is honda is written horizontally while on the bike under scanner the name is written slanting.

You are thus requested to kindly get this challan cancelled at the earliest.
