Traffic Police, Vizag — traffic system in malkapuram area

I need to attract your attention regarding traffic system in malkapuram - gajuwaka area where it is worst to drive a 2/4 wheeler as nobody wants to follow the rule and nobody (Traffic police) is there to stop or fine them. People are driving very carelessly also without dl/ proper documents/ helmet. Number of accidents are going through and nobody to cater for this specially in the morning hours i. E.[protected]School hours/ office hours). I request if you can regularise the traffic system here as in city area it will be a great help for the residents here.
