[Resolved] Trai — about the channel signals and validity

Dear sir, I am a Videocon d2h user of id[protected] I recharged for some channels for date up to 28/6 days but I have faced a problem with signal for some movie channels from their end since 4-5 days, and signal is ok for other channels I have filed complaint for in customer care and I got promised that issue will solve in 24 hrs BT it wasn't then I ask for extension for validity of that channel from when I didn't get signal bcoz I paid for that much of days bt company rejected, plz take action against Videocon from ur end and help me out
