I had requested to port my two mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. Almost two weeks have been passed and reliance has still not released the numbers. I have paid extra one month regular bill usage for one post paid, in effect the account has rs.1000 extra if they settle the account. On the prepaid there rs. 100 balance, just in case. Still there is no response from the reliance. The network is not working from almost 10 days. I am loosing money and calls because of this.
Why trai can't take over this porting when reliance is simply flouting rules without any empathy for customers?
