Trai — airtel 4g network problem

I would like to kindlly draw your attention towards airtel 4g network problem.
Every year airtel members come here in iit roorkee to sell their sim.
But the condition is, here in this campus this network is worst network. Even i'm not able to call anyone from this network.
I got totally exhausted of this network. So please do something against them..
Here every student is facing same problem but there is no one to listen our complaint.
