I live in Bangalore and have Broadband connection from Airtel with following details.
Account No 12699397

On 17-Jan-2022 I raised a request for bill plan change (from 2499/- to 999/- plan), and the request details is as below.
request id- 41-[protected]
It seems the request is still pending and many times I checked their customer care, and Appelate team also over phone.
And always I see the response as "request is in progress". Whatever times I tried over email, there is no reply from AIrtel.
I am attaching the chain of emails I sent.
Request your help in this regard so that my request for bill plan change gets expedited sooner.
