I have tried to change the plans to a la carte channels, for customer id [protected] since the last 4 days. However each time I receive a message that the request has been received. The plan is never changed and all channels are still active.
I've tried calling the customer care multiple times for this issue, but I keep getting disconnected after being put on hold for a few minutes. Was this information helpful? |
