Trai — airtel dth service area not active as per trai guidelines

Having consumer no-[protected] in airtel dth
I have subscribed to new pack as per trai guidelines.
But even after 5days now no program is activated and no channels are available for view on tv.
I have called airtel dth customer care for several times but not getting any confirmation when will the services resume.
