I am activated airtel secure plan for my device. Now clam submitted but they refused for claim.
They stored my old device details not updated my new device details, recently my phone damaged then i submitted my claim to airtel but airtel people are saying we can not process claim why because the have only old device details. My new device i am using from last 6 months and airtel secure activated last 3 months back.
Kindly help me out
