Trai — airtel / poor indoor reception at my place.

I am a customer with airtel for approximately 6 months 1st complaint was log with airtel for network related issue was on 27 oct 2017, no update was given to me. Hence i had log a second compliant on 2 oct 2017 the sr was close stating the customer is not answering the call, after that is received a calling stating that there is site enhancement in the area which will get completed by 8 feb 2018. And as a compensation they gave me 100 rs waiver for need 6 months even after that issue persists hence i had raise the sr again on 15 feb 2018. Technician visited my place and found the signal strength is from -97 to -113 dbm. Customer service has been rude to me and has suggested that i will be my choice to move out from airtel
