Trai — allow some time, or modify

Its been frustrating experience after hearing that all your services going expire on 25th nov, or soon if you don't recharge with monthly pack.
I've 4 members in family including me, all of them using dual sim phone, so its obvious that all of them will be using 2 sims.

So its not possible to recharge on each number, means spending 35rs for nothing, its just like giving 35rs to company for no use.

What if a customer has an balance, and they being forced to recharge monthly pack. Then whats the use of balance if customer can't use.

Inform company, to refund money to those who wanted it and wanted to terminate his service after refunding. This is the only way, people will not fight with you, they will happily to have one number per person.

Before this, company have to refund my money and all them money whichever they stucked.

Kindly do needful soon, because outgoing calls going to barred soon.
