Trai — arbitrary over charging and refusing to follow trai guidelines on channel selection by tata sky.

As per trai regulation i had selected channels from tata sky dth service and send the list to their help desk and nodal officer. However, i find so many of the channels i selected blocked on my tv. Not only that but they want me to pay more money for less number of channels. Complaints raised several times have never been responded to. Tata sky action is unauthorised and arbitary. They should be told to restore the blocked channels.

Tata Sky is the worst ever DTH service provider I have ever dealt with. Their customer care officials only want to put the subscribers in a permanent state of confusion so as to extract more and more money .They are ill mannered and ill equipped to deal with customer complaints. They have no respect for the regulations and instructions given out by the TRAI.
