[Resolved]  Trai — as per trai notification my select plan not enable by d2h

I am d2h user customer id[protected]. D2h service provide do not enable channel as i selected in last month mar-19 as per trai notification. I have sent below mail to them no response till date. Please do the needful.

Dear sir,
This bring to your notice that i have been chosen my plan as per trai notification last month (Mar-19) by d2h app. Which was successfully done and message appear on screen. Successfully done and contact you soon but till date no one contact me, instead of it plan has changed as per your choice. The channel selected by me are not there like (Food-food, epic etc) and plan price select by me was rs 307 appx with tax. The plan which was running as per your choice is high price. I want to enable my plan which was select by me last month. I don't understand how it is possible you ignore my selected plan and run plan as per your choice, why you manipulate it.
Please enable plan as selected by me last month.
