Dear team as checked in news, (Trai) has clarified that the network capacity fee (Ncf) is not mandatory for subscribers who own more than one tv connection in a household. However airtel dth still charging the ncf on both connection. I did sent the mail to airtel customer care to waive off the ncf fees on my second connection. But not getting respond on this. Please help me on this.

    Hi my name is honey nath i m living in delhi as per new rules from trai i try to make my own plan in videocon d2h. If i am right then as per new rules in 130 rs we got 100 channels slot from our service provider in which 25 channels from dd network are mandatory but we can chose other 75 channels by ourselves but service providing co. Videocon d2h do not let me do that they force me to take 100 free to air channels as mandatory which are suggested by them so that i have to buy another 25 channels slot from them to add my favorite channels. If reason behind trai's new rule is to give rights to consumer to chose what to see and what not to see then this is totally violation of law please do the need full action as soon as possible.

    After implement the new tariff, cable tv fully change the package without my choice, i am not showing my favorite channels before 72hrs and above. Cable operator not receiving the ph call. Very disappointed. Waiting your response.
    I am from Tamilnadu, Here, We are paying for TN government cable tv Rs.150 and Rs.200 (two package) covering all channels. But at present Minimum Rs. 150 .. We dont know how far benefited TN people these new tariff ...

    We strongly believe and tell, this is for only created for some one benefit not peoples particularly Tamil nadu...
    I am not able to select channels on their website according to the TRAI order. Videocon d2h website doesn't load once the order was passed. Earlier to this I have complained to the Videocon Customer Service Representative, they are unresponsive.
    Respected dignitary, i have lost my phone bearing mobile no. [protected]. i have approached airtel, idea, jio offices, but they are unable to provide my number. kindly allot me my old number as this number is linked to my PF and other bank account details. for communication call me [protected]

      I recharge my videocon dth id:[protected] on 9 february 2019 and call to customer care more than 50 times for package selection but no call is connected, also i try through website for package selection but i can't open videocon my dth id. And at the midnight i visit site and finally select package but package is not activated upto today and every day amount is deducted from my account balance without any service provide by videocon dth service provider.

      Finally i connect customer care but also they say that server is down and disconnect call without any solution.

      So do needful for this.

      Because any service i got everyday my balance is deducted.

        Air tel forec to recharge me minimum charge rs 165 on 4 th feb. And ask me to choose my pack. But i didnot chooed any pack. Becuse i want to keep basic pack untill i prepare my pack. But air tel dth disconnected my all free services. And asking for more recharge to resume service

          The ncf is too high and the number of channels offered with this ncf is 100.

          Please consider the case of a subscriber who wants to watch only the 25 mandatory channels. He still has to pay 153 rs. This is a very huge amount.

          Please consider the case of a normal regional channels watcher. Assume that he wants to watch only 10 channels. (Assume that the average of all the channels is 10 rs).

          So in effect, he has to pay 253 rs for 25 + 10 channels. This is a very huge amount for a common man.

          No Active my DTH New Plan 998 Select 99 Channel and Pay 319 Rs date 4 Feb 19 for Airtel Money and 12150 call Consumer care inform me Active 7 Feb 19 pl quick and necessary action and report forward what action have been taken.

          My D2H is registered with [protected] as my phone number i recharged on 15 jan and they had stopped my services and now customer care number not able to connect.
          videcon not responding, making fool of consumers.
          Present Tata sky charges for our DTH rs269pm new charges rs382 for same paks. Rs 152 charges as internet charges what is this? Can anybody help? How trai intervention has helped consumers?

          Channel choice is consumer side then why we pay minimum 154 rs for non viewing channels
          This rule is very nonsense
          JIO is taking full recharge amount but their network coverage is not satisfactory.

            Hi my subscriber id [protected] of tatasky, i have renewed by packs as per the trai guidelines including free channels, i have been trying to reach the customer care and even if i am able to connect, they have no status update on the free channel. And its very painful wait, even to get connected to customer care or get their call back.

            When we not getting any additional free paid channels, unless you pay for it. But why are we not getting the 100 free channels which we have selected.

              My siti cable provider does not allow me to choose the free channels of my choice,
              He said you have to select the channels which he wants to give, then where's freedom to choose the channels which are free to air.               I have recharged Rs.410 on 17-01-19 for my airtel dth id no. [protected]-001 and the validity is 20-02-19.But without any information airtel dth have blocked lot of channels even though Rs.227 is available in my account . Kindly do the needful.

              While booking the dth connection Independent TV promised to provide 24 HD channels but now they are providing only 8 HD channels. They have suddenly removed SET, STAR SPORTS etc from their HD bouquet. Already complained to their call center but they have refused to provide the docket number to my complain.

                I have videocon d2h connection with multi room connection and my subscription was valid till 10/2/19. For recharging they are not accepting my modified plan. Their website is not allowing to select free channel and web site is getting timed out customer care service is at all not helpful. Now i am not getting any channel on my tv and not getting any assistance from operator. Until & unless they accept my plan i can not recharge also. Please take action against videocon d2h.                   I'm a dishtv subscriber since 12 years, located in irinjalakuda, thrissur dt. Kerala, subscription no. [protected] and registered mobile number [protected]. Been in touch with dishtv more than 45 days in apprehension of the new tariff and the status of my existing plan, which is valid till 20th february 2019. I was told that no need to worry about the continuity and the timely help will be served.

                  15 days back i even registered on the new package - star tv / asianet with add-on 4 kids channels and two infotainment channels - animal planet & national geography wild.

                  Since yesterday, 10th february 2019, all pay-channels are discontinued. Been contacting dishtv every often for rectifications. Responses are disatisfactory. One customer care executive commented that i will have to wait till 20th february for registration of new package, till then, i will have to contend myself with free channels.

                  Even today morning since 7.00am, i have visited their website and registered for basic package and add-ons. Result is frustrating.

                  Please intervene for remedies.

                    I got connection on 3.6.2018 for non stop 3 year for rs 1279 and again i activated three channels sony ten 1, disny intenaional and flowers tv for the total rs 1080 5.6.2108 for one year total amount paid of rs 2359.
                    Yesterday i call the customer care to esquire the details for showing they charge rs 190 for one month. Sir dish tv got money for three year why they charging me for every month and they said the charges for pay channels also continue with the old rate please look the matter for consumer request

                      Cable operator does not give freedom to customer to select channels they divided the fixed no. Of channels in 6 different categories customer are only select only pack which is selected by cable operator not by consumer. They have minimum 270 pack and maximum 520 pack. That is not affordable for consumer. These companies are charges this pack like eg-den, hathway etc. And dth service providers are charges 18℅gst extra tax. For paying the price of channel. Plz reduces this types of charges and make affordable or all users.

                        Videocon d2h has completely stopped services from past 3 days and i have sufficient balance nearly 500 rs in my account. I was trying to choose channels based on new trai norm and videocon was not allowing me to save my selection in website. I immediately reported this to videocon customer service and they were reluctant to help me on this and said they have no information on this. Now, they have completely stopped service and their app, website and phone lines are dead. There is complete black out and they are not ready to admit that there is an issue.

                        Somehow i got a call back from customer care and that person behaves as everything going smoothly and no problem with their service.
                        These company is harassing customers and not providing service. Trai please intervene. We need our money back.

I called many times to subscribe channel but am not able to success, always I get answer from call centre call after 30 minutes, I booked d2h here in Kalyan Maharashtra but my call always going to odisha bhubsneswar, I don't known why?                           I would like to bring this to your notice that, no one from videocond2h user able to select their own basic package and none of the basic package can be able to modify. Videocond2h has not provided the facility to delete or add basic free package and they have not brought the facility to make payment of trai package.

                          Please look into the issues, as they already blocked many channels and we are a viewer not to see the channels from 1 week.

                            I was booked a connection in reliance big tv on 05 mar 18 vide booking id 14504949, (Registered no[protected]) connection installation time was given 30 to 45 days as per the terms and conditions. But till date (11 fab 19) my connection has not installed. I was contacted many time on toll free number, that is given in reliance big tv website but no satisfied reply was given by them. I have deposited my money (Rs 499) and also wasted my time.

                              I tried to choose first 100 channels of my own but it is fixed and deactivated by videocon d2h. They have chosen the 100 fta channels but have no option to choose by customer. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                              I tried from 02.02.2019 to choose channels through videocon d2h web site and also by phone but it was of no use. The access to through telephones have block above said date to 11.02.2019. From 11.02.2019 access to customer care phones are available but trying to contact they says the cannt view customers status call after one hour. When i called after one hour they repeated the same words. I tried for about five times on 11.02.2019 and also tried on 12.02.2019. But no use.

                              While in their website (Videocon d2h) bst channels are fixed by d2h and not able to choose by customers.

                              Dear trai please this problem so customers can save money.

                              I am also facing same issue regarding freezing 100 fra channel in videocon d2h. Also, very very poor website performance and customer care also couldn't be connected (you have to try continuously about 10-15 times at least, then also connection could not be made), it seems they are doing it on purpose to make us choose as per their combo

                              Please intervene immediately
                              I also have similar problem.
                              Pl update status of complaint. The basic essence of TRAI regulation is not met due to this type of compulsion in channel selection.

                                I am Chirav Chavda from Bhavnagar, Gujarat. We are using Videocon D2h Connection since last 6 years. Now as per TRAI's new rules and regulations regarding Cable TV & D2h Channels service, I have requested Videocon D2h to allow us to watch only those channels which I have subscribed and created on my won pack on their website. I have also sent them email and informed them to please show only those channels which I have made list and sent them. But despite my several requests on their website, consumer service center number and by email, they have refused to do so and continue to show their own made channels pack.

                                Second I can not contact them on their contact numbers since last week. Also they have not informed me by anyway that they are going to change channel packs. I have already paid yearly subscription pack's amount.

                                There is no option to contact them and inform them about this.

                                I have attached a list of my preferential channel's list including GST for your reference.

                                Please do needful as earliest.

                                  Dear Sirs,
                                  I request TRAI to investigate & stop Day Light Loot & Robbery by DishTV by charging monthly fee to record any TV show using more expensive Recordable Set Up Box provided by DishTV.
                                  Once any consumer has purchased more expensive Set Up Box to record any TV show already included in his/her package it is up to the consumer to watch the show live or record it to watch the same later at more convenient time.
                                  If consumer is recording any show DishTV is not incurring additional efforts and or expenses. Vice Versa if the consumer does not record DishTV does not save any efforts or expenses.
                                  Please clarify why Dish TV is getting away with this Day Light Loot & Robbery?

                                    I am a customer of Videocon d2h. The service Provider is providing 100 Free to Air Channels which includes Bengali, Assamse and many other Regional Language Channel. I am not interested in opting for many of the Regional Language Channels and II want some other Free to Air Channels included in the llist but they have told that you can the 100 Free Channels are Fixed and the consumer cannot alter. This is against the norms.
                                    Please direct the concerned to allow the consumers to Select the Free to Air Channels

                                      I am GTPL Cable Consumer, As per new trai rule freedom to choose desired 100 SD Channels within network capacity, The desired channels could be in a-la-cart, FTA or Pay Or bouquet, But GTPL NOT ALLOWED CHOOSE THIS CHANNEL, he has said compalsary all 100 channal FTA, Consumer NOT FREEDEM CHOOSE ANY PAY CHANNAEL WITHIN NCF, Consumer Choose any pay channal extra his TAKE more NCF CHARGES .
                                      TRAI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Pls take the action against GTPL cable operator in Ahmedabad. as per law.

                                        I have complaint regarding videocon d2h login problem we are not able to choose my pack plan because I am unable to login with d2h. I have complaint regarding login problem but they not responding and not reply

                                        Please solve it as soon as so can I login my account to choose my best pack plan according by trai rules.
