My mobile number was ported to jio 4g from vodafone in feb. 2018. My services were suspended on 29.04.2018 due ot outstanding amount due to vodafone. As per sms from jio, i deposited outstanding amount of rs. 233/ on 30.04.2017 and sent receipt number to jio customer care on 30.04.2018. Now, i am getting regular calls from vodafone executives though i have been registered in dnd service. One enquiring with one of these executives, it came to my knowledge that vodafone is providing data to these executives for calling purpose. Received a call from idea cellular stating that my porting request has been cancelled due to non payment of dues. I have requested for porting on 30/04/2018 and payment has been made on 27/04/2018.
