I have been charged double the amount for sending the messages and when i called the vodafone customer care member they are saying no sir we cannot do anything.

Ill send a group message to 14 members and they are charging me 28 msg balances and when i questioned them they are saying sir u have sent the 28 msgs and i did not send those msgs twice they are charging double andy receipirnts are also not receiving the messages twice and they kept my call in hold nearly for a period of 40 kind and still continuing saying i'll connect to the superior
But atlast they did not connect and i'm complaining this while i was in hold they are cheating me since last 3 months that to this was the periods from which i noticed the fraud. And. Attaching a screenshot of me keeping in hold nearly for a 43 mins

My name is Gadadhar ###, a resident of VILL-BANSHI, Bankura. I am using reliance jio. But for 4 months the connection of jio is very very poor, I contacted the jio CUSTOMER CARE for solutions, but every time they said that the problem will be solved by installing tower. Now the problem is gaining its intensity, calls are automatically dropping, calls are not connecting, I have unlimited internet pack but can't use the internet due to very poor connection.

I have jio sim of mobile number [protected] since 5 month i have indoor network problem and 3 time i have complain it in customer care but there is no improvement in the network and now they don't generate complain so please solve my problem my current address where the network problem is b-33, vrundavan society, behind bright school, new vip road, vadodara 390018

I am facing issues airtels continuous service calls for telling them for what reason i am porting to other provider. I am getting continuous call from them even after several time i told them that i have network issues. They still call often time. My mobile number is [protected]. The agents tells that this is a system generated calls.

I am a videocon d2h user with customer id[protected]. Since from last 1 & 1/2 month, i am facing n no. Of issues regarding services of videocon d2h, which includes wrong add-on activation, frequent unfair balance deductions.

Fresh incident is regarding my recharge of rs. 199.42 for which i should get services for 30 days but they have deducted 2 days for no reason. Again i have complained to their...

I got a call from vodafone that my cell no. [protected] will discountine in 24 to 48 hours.

I want to tell you that i am mba & pgdm student i am doing my internship with the outlook and due to some technical issue with the landline i called a customer with my cellphone and someone reported it with spam.
I request you that please undo the done because i am using this number since last 14 years and it is linked with all my bank accounts and all the important online wallet.

I assure you i will not call any customer with my personal number & any such complains again from this side will not happen.

Hi sir,

I am having to write this email to escalate continuous misconduct of business by idea telecom.

I have escalated my concerns to idea several time but all my emails have been response less.

Idea executives not only calling me every day to pay money on behalf of someone i don’t even know.

Company has completely failed to investigate the matter and all the higher personnels and team have failed on customer satisfaction.

Their verification process is so vulnerable that anyone can provide any random number as alternate number, and the team does not have any authentication process in place, to verify whether the alternate number provided, belongs to the customer or not.

There customercare team members are not properly trained to resolve any problem and handling there customers.

I urge you to kindly pay your attention to this matter, and have the company to stop calling me for the payment on behalf of md. Asif ansari (I don’t know any person with this name).

I am sick an tired of answering the rude, impolite and untrained collection executives of idea cellular.

I highly appreciate your intervention in this matter.

Dear Sir,
This is to bring under your notice that Vodafone, Karnataka is charging additional money to me and other customer in the name of Value added services.
This is not 1st time they have charged me, every time when ever I raise a complaint to Vodafone Customer care they have refunded the amount.
But it is a pain to check bill and to give a call to Vodafone.
Last month on dated 15th of April I have a similar issue of charging Value added services and this month also they have charged me. Today when I had a conversation with Vodafone Executive they are agreed for the refund as soon as I call them.

Requesting you to intervene and short out this issue. As I am educated an aware of this so I am getting my refund. But there are people in our country using Prepaid as well as postpaid, who has no idea about this kind o[censored]nnecessary charges and they are loosing money.

All they add taxes and that taxes are been paid to Govt.

Hope I am not the 1st person to accelerate such issue.

would request you to take action against such unethical way of making money by Vodafone.

Dear sir/madam,

With deep regret i would like to bring to your notice that i'm facing call drop and sudden network lost with my current service provider, its now getting from bad to worst, i have lost lost of business and important meetings due to this issue, i have no choice to live with it as my mobile number cannot be changed, if this persist i would sue vodaphone in court and ensure justice is prevailed.

I have been complaining for many months about the vodafone network problem in my area and no one seems to be responding. I have the call record list of my complaints along with numbers of complaints. These are the recent complaints and the back end team called me to inform that they will not be able to resolve the complaint as of now. I am a customer of a service provider which isnt airtel but customer care/sales people of airtel are consistently calling (Twice a day) for conversion into airtel though i say that i am not interested. I have registered with dnd but they are calling from personal mobile number/office land line numbers. When i was trying to contact airtel/ i am saying airtel people who calls not to call, they are disconnecting call without listening

Sir, i am from jabalpur and my phone no is [protected] and i have taken the connection of bsnl broadband my net is not working from last 15 days and every time i book the complaint from the bsnl side said to me that yr problem will be solved within a 24 hr but from last 15 no one have visit office for a single time and they every time msg me yr problem is solved... I have also talked to there higher authority but they also said ur problem will be solved within 24 hr but it dosenot take any action.. Sir pls take some action againts bsnl

This to inform you that i am an airtel user. My mobile number [protected] has been blocked by a person.

I am working in an axis bank. Bank gave me data for calling the person and taking there feedback so i made a call a person he abused me and gave me threat regarding the police complaint and number blocking though i apologized him on behalf of bank but then again he made my mobile number blocked.
It is my important person mobile number so i request you to please unblock my number and activate as soon as possible and for that i will be very thankfull to you.

My mobile number was ported to jio 4g from vodafone in feb. 2018. My services were suspended on 29.04.2018 due ot outstanding amount due to vodafone. As per sms from jio, i deposited outstanding amount of rs. 233/ on 30.04.2017 and sent receipt number to jio customer care on 30.04.2018. Service request number sr00000kbhdp from jio was conveyed as intimating that updated shall be sent by 02.05.2018. However, the services are still suspended as on 02.05.2018 at 15.25pm. Pl take necessary action

I was a customer of vodafone but due to their bad 4g service, i port my number to idea cellular ltd. Now, i am getting regular calls from vodafone executives though i have been registered in dnd service. One enquiring with one of these executives, it came to my knowledge that vodafone is providing data to these executives for calling purpose. I am literally harassed by these calls and i want to register complaint against vodafone for sharing my number for telemarketing purpose and continuously calling me though i am registered under dnd. It will be highly appreciable if suitable action would be taken against vodafone for harassing their ex-customers.

Received a call from idea cellular stating that my porting request has been cancelled due to non payment of dues. I have requested for porting on 30/04/2018 and payment has been made on 27/04/2018. Another payment of rs 100 is made ona01/05/2018 where as the payment has been made 3 days prior of porting requestqage. I have attached the payment details for your reference.

i am Alok, i have a Airtel sim so i facing a very slow net speed, Call drop issue so i give compliant much time(last year 9 oct 2017 ref .no .80150657 till 30 April 2018) they said to me we build a new tower in your area but pass away 1 year but not any action by airtel team. So i compliant again but they are said we solve your problem within 3 days but not solve my problem my airtel no is [protected] . During this period i complaint 15 time to customer care & 8 time via mail . but still not resolved.

Dear sir,
My customer id is 36571857. I am existing customer of videocon d2h.

Please note that i had registered complaint regarding no signal in my tv which is since last 15 days. I did not receive sms for repairing even that time. After few days, i again called customer care, then i had received sms for repairing of the same on 24th april with complaint no.[protected]. But till date no technician had attended to my complain.

I had tried to contact local videocon d2h technician also. But, their response is poor as well.
Thus, i am of the view that repairing services of videocon d2h is not given any attention.

In this regard, my account balance is being deducted unnecessarily which is to be stopped immediately. The amount deducted since last 15 days is to be reverted back.

And, i request you to kindly see that they arrange for refund of the total balance of my account at the earliest so that i can contact other service provider.
