Dear sir/mam
I did the wrong recharge of RS 28 in a hurry.I am using bsnl no from a long time.When I called to customer care, they did not provide the solution even senior assistant didn't listen and disconnect the call even when I was telling the issue.The behaviour was very rude of bsnl senior assistant.
I called to customer care today around 8:30 pm, I did not use any benefit of the plan.I told customer care to adjust it any plan or top up the amount but did nothing and told me that this amount can't be adjusted anywhere.
Now please tell me that even when I didn't receive any benefit of plan, how bsnl can ignore when other telecom companies are doing the best in the same field.
